Throughout his career, Carl has successfully managed multimillion-dollar projects involving public infrastructure, educational facilities, commercial properties, and municipal operations. His experience includes project management, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, budgeting, procurement, utility coordination, and large-scale capital planning.
Carl founded the company to address the growing need for advanced digital infrastructure across the United States.
