We resolve the electricity question before committing to a building. If the megawatts are not deliverable, the project does not proceed.

Establish relationships with the local community to build a plan that supports human and environmental development.

Step 4: Entitle and certify

Carry the site through permitting, environmental review, and incentive certification.

Step 5: Build or partner

develop the site directly or bring in capital and operating partners.
